They were really shades of orange. I increased the vibrancy/saturation in lightroom with a +20, adjusted the highlights and shadows, and was shooting with a warming filter. Maybe I should tone down the vibrancy. They are orange either way just a little brighter now. I've been having trouble post-processing when shooting in raw...

Ah, it's the warming filter that's doing it then. I would maybe use a selective colour tool to bring them back to orange a bit, without altering anything else, as the warm tone is quite nice. I could be wrong, but I've just never seen yellow clouds, only red
